Your packages are shipped the same day (or the next day in the event of a large number of orders) from Monday to Saturday to ensure delivery as quickly as possible.
Home delivery:
Your packages are shipped via La Poste. Delivery time is 48 hours (or 2 business days) from the time the package is deposited at the post office.
If the package is large enough, it will be delivered directly to your mailbox. Otherwise, it will be delivered to you in person.
Delivery to relay point:
Your packages are shipped via Mondial Relay. Delivery times are 2 to 6 business days from the time the package is dropped off at the relay point.
*The delivery times indicated apply only to mainland France. For any other destination, we invite you to contact our team, who will be able to provide you with information on the applicable delivery times depending on the shipping location of your order.
Yes, we ship our products worldwide. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country.

Is your package delayed? First of all, we invite you to check the following:
1) The shipping date of your order
When you receive your package tracking number by email, it means that your order has been prepared and is ready to be shipped.
Shipping takes place on the same day as preparation, unless the deposit deadline has already passed: approximately 12:00 p.m. for Mondial Relay and 4:30 p.m. for La Poste.
2) Tracking your package
Once your package has been shipped, you can track it in near real-time at every stage of its journey, as soon as it is scanned by the carrier.
If your package remains stuck in the same location for several days, you can contact the carrier directly by providing them with your tracking number to obtain information on its progress.
If the situation does not resolve itself after this initial contact, do not hesitate to write to us at sav@delamode.fr so that we can open an investigation on our side.
Exchanges & Returns
You have 14 days after receiving your order to return it and request a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their tags attached.

Yes, exchanging an item is entirely possible, subject to the availability of the desired model in stock.

We will send you the return details. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, but we will cover the cost of sending the new item.
Yes, we can provide you with a return label upon request. In this case, a flat fee of €6 will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping costs.

Yes, it is entirely possible to exchange your items ordered online in our store located at 8 Rue Dupaty, 17000 La Rochelle .
For logistical reasons, in-store exchanges are only possible at this point of sale.
